This accessibility statement applies to activetravel.tfgm.com

This website is run by Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM). We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts

  • zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen

Accessibility problem: Embedded Maps

Using and navigating the Google Map-based features of the website

This has been partially alleviated through the provision of a text-based alternative listing of information conveyed by the map, yet we are working to make the maps fully accessible.

Additionally, maps supplied by ZapMaps, an external supplier, do not provide text-based alternatives and can be difficult to navigate with screen-reader software. We are working with this supplier to remedy these issues.
